Terms of Service

1. Subscription Terms

LuperIQ offers industry packages on three billing cycles:

  • Monthly: Billed every 30 days. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual: Billed once per year. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current annual period.
  • Lifetime: One-time payment. Grants permanent access to the modules and theme included in your package at the time of purchase.

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

2. AI Credits Policy

AI credits power the intelligent features across LuperIQ modules — content generation, SEO analysis, keyword research, and more.

Bundle Credits (Included with Subscription)

  • Monthly and annual plans include 200 AI credits per month.
  • Unused bundle credits roll over for up to 3 months from the date of grant. After 3 months, unused bundle credits expire.
  • Lifetime plans include a one-time grant of 4,000 AI credits with no expiration date.

Purchased Credits (Credit Packs)

  • Credits purchased separately through credit packs never expire while your account remains active.
  • When you use AI features, bundle credits are consumed first, then purchased credits.

General Credit Terms

  • AI credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
  • Credit usage rates for specific operations (e.g., content generation, SEO analysis) may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.
  • LuperIQ reserves the right to modify credit allocations for new subscriptions with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

3. Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans: No refunds. Cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, no refunds — cancel and your access continues through the end of the annual period.
  • Lifetime plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds.
  • Credit packs: Non-refundable once purchased.

4. Google Services Integration

LuperIQ integrates with Google services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Site Verification, and Google Ads) to provide analytics and SEO features within your WordPress dashboard.

  • Authorization: You authorize LuperIQ to access your Google account data through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Connector settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
  • Scope of access: LuperIQ accesses only the Google services and data types you explicitly authorize during the OAuth consent process.
  • Automated actions: With your consent, LuperIQ may create Google Analytics properties, set up tracking code on your website, and verify domain ownership in Google Search Console on your behalf.
  • Proxy architecture: All Google API requests are routed through LuperIQ's secure servers. Your Google credentials are never exposed to your WordPress site directly.
  • Data handling: Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Third-party terms: Your use of Google services through LuperIQ is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

5. Service Availability

LuperIQ strives to maintain high availability for all services. We do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible. AI-powered features depend on third-party API providers and may experience temporary unavailability. Google integrations depend on Google's API availability and are subject to Google's rate limits and service terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain full ownership of all content created using LuperIQ tools, including AI-generated content that you review and publish.
  • Our platform: LuperIQ modules, themes, and the platform itself remain the intellectual property of LuperIQ. Your subscription grants a license to use — not ownership of — the software.
  • Lifetime licenses: Grant perpetual use of the specific module and theme versions included at purchase. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share login credentials or attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions. One subscription covers the number of sites specified in your plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuperIQ is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. LuperIQ is not responsible for actions taken by Google or other third-party services, including changes to their APIs, terms, or availability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of LuperIQ after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to pricing or credit policies will not affect active subscription periods.
